I'm a bit of a Figma nerd, and not many things bring me more satisfaction than properly crafting a design system.

In my latest job, I initiated and set up continuous user interviewing. I make sure that what I design increases user value and thus helps the business.

I moved to Norway in early 2024 and fell in love with the fjords and mountains. Before that, I also lived in the Netherlands, Canada, and Finland.

My roots are in Prague, Czech Republic. That's where I got my first UX internship in 2016.

Good design succeeds only when it serves the business. By understanding business needs, I create experiences that drive both business metrics and user value.

I strongly believe in giving key stakeholders ownership by involving them early in the process. Be it a corridor chat, sharing a prototype on Slack, or a full workshop.
